GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
Martin Modern was developed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the sixth EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; High-end Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Finest Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Grants 2020.
The International Real Property Federation, knowing the importance of building brilliance, durability, community involvement, and ethical industry process, has awarded GuocoLand for its dedication to these values in the property development of Martin Modern.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It previously earned honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Residence in 2018.
