IWG to open four new centres in Malaysia between April to September
In the previous two years, IWG has launched five new centres in Malaysia. in 2023, the Group added 867 brand-new sites to its international portfolio, featuring 163 new centres in Asia Pacific.
Hybrid working solutions firm IWG announced that it is going to be opening 4 different facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya and Johor. The new launches will broaden IWG’s presence in Malaysia to 42 centres throughout four brands– Regus, Spaces, HQ and Trademark.
The new centers, schedule to launch between April and September, will sign up with IWG’s worldwide affiliate of 4,000 sites in 120 states.
Vijayakumar Tangarasan, nation head of Malaysia at IWG, claims the expansion becomes part of the organization’s broader growth method. The company intends to enhance options for all workers to comfortably access a professional work space and provide convenience, a top concern for workers everywhere.
IWG will open 2 hubs in Johor: a 14,973 sq ft HQ centre within the residential area Menara Pelangi, comfortably near the Malaysia-Singapore boundary, and a 12,497 sq ft Regus at Medini Lakeside, a mixed-use location around the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link bridge.
The brand-new facilities will be easily accessible via IWG’s on-demand international membership.
Following the company’s debut at Puchong Financial Corporate Centre, IWG will open up a 12,971-square-foot HQ centre at AmBank Tower in Kuala Lumpur. An additional 16,533-square-foot Regus centre are going to be released at Prima-9 in Cyberjaya, area of Malaysia’s high-technology business district and Multimedia Super Corridor.
