Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023
The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre roof public-activated place. Called TRX City Park, it is created by Lendlease in joint venture with landscape engineers Oculus & Pentago. It will consist of children’s play areas, water functions, and shaded enclaves. It is going to also work as a place to hold exhibitions plus occasions.
Mitch Wilson, work executive for The Exchange TRX and director of market for Lendlease Malaysia, states that the lifestyle department is imagined as a “city-defining project” within TRX. “As an international organization, we are going to display our worldwide placemaking skills along with our 43-year history in Malaysia to introduce our trademark method to experiential retail.”
